Ashley Valve is a woman-owned business that has served the military and local shipyards with our exceptional skills and rapid execution of jobs since we were founded by retired Navy officer Scott Roberts in 1993. Having knowledge of and experience with in military fields and backgrounds has allowed us to understand the frustrations and meet the needs of our military and shipyard communities. With the expansion of our company over the past five years, we have expanded our shop, staff, and customer base. With the merger of Ashley Valve and PDQ Tools, Inc., and under the new ownership of Romans Enterprise, we have well over
70 years of experience between performing mechanical repairs as well as repairs and testing of all manners of hoists and tools.
Ashley Valve has a documented history of successful repairs and demonstrated expertise from both OEM’s and NAVSEA standards for all of the following:
- Hydraulic Repair- all forms of power units, motors and controls including: Denison, Vickers and Rexroth.
- Valves- air, oil, water and steam. Testing to 6500 PSI in appropriate medium.
- HP Air- start, control, and breathing air solutions including: Marotta, Bleed Air, Eaton, Leslie, Vacco, Air-Dry & Sterer. Hp air system grooming. Testing to 6500 PSI.
- Pop Tests for HP Air Relief- Pop tests can be performed in one (1) business day
- Actuators- including Limitorque, Morpac, Rotork and Tri-tec
- Electric, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Valves
- Air and Hydraulic Winches
- Sea Water Strainers
- Hydrostatic Test Equipment- Designed and built portable diver Hydrostatic Test equipment. Re-designed and overhauled Bailey well deck refueling stations.
- Complete Machine Shop
- Complete 53 foot Mobile Machine Shop
A great number of repairs and testing fall into credit card limits which can increase repair speed. This may be an option on smaller repairs that require a quick turnaround time.
